We open for full commission slots periodically, with openings announced through our website and social media. When we open, you’ll be able to submit a commission request through the application form provided.

If your commission is accepted, a 20% deposit is required to secure your place in the queue. You won’t need to make further payments until your slot is approaching unless we’ve arranged a payment plan with you.

Individual parts may also be available outside of our main commission openings.

We don’t offer strict completion deadlines, as material availability, shipping delays and the complexity of each project can all affect production time.

Once all materials are ready and your commission reaches the active production stage, a fursuit head usually takes around 3 months to complete.

Larger commissions such as partials and fullsuits will naturally take longer.

We’ll always keep you updated if anything causes a significant delay.

These are starting prices rather than fixed quotes. Complexity, markings, additional features and accessories can increase the final price.

We accept payment through bank transfer or Revolut (preferred), as well as card/payment links where available.

Payment plans are available, usually for up to 4 months, depending on the commission.

A 5% payment-plan fee is added to the final cost, and late-payment fees may apply in accordance with our Terms of Service.

We require a clear reference sheet that gives us everything we need to accurately recreate your character.

At minimum, this should show the front and back of the character, with a side view where necessary.

Your reference should clearly show all markings and colours, including less-visible details such as the tongue, teeth, paw pads and inside of the ears.

We strongly prefer flat colours with no shading, as this makes colour matching much more accurate.

Reference sheets should be high-resolution and clear enough for all important details to be easily seen.

A DTD (Duct Tape Dummy) is a mannequin made from your body using duct tape. It gives us an accurate representation of your proportions so we can pattern and construct a bodysuit to fit you.

A DTD is required for bodysuit and fullsuit commissions.

You’ll need to follow our DTD instructions carefully and send it to us when requested so your commission isn’t delayed.

If a DTD is incorrectly made to the point that we cannot reliably work from it, we may ask you to remake it before work can continue.

We’re happy to work with most species and especially enjoy unusual, uncommon and experimental character designs.

Our work is focused on stylised/toony fursuits rather than realistic suits, so please make sure you’re happy with the style shown in our portfolio before commissioning us.

We won’t copy another maker’s style, construction methods or work. Designs that are outside our technical capabilities may also be declined or discussed with you before we accept the commission.

Our current heads are built around lightweight 3D-printed TPU-LW bases, with sublimated mesh eyes and 3D-printed eye blanks.

The interiors are lined with neoprene scuba for comfort and easier cleaning.

3D follow-me eyes are our standard, but 2D eyes can be requested if they suit your character better.

Our heads can also be made to accommodate glasses. If you plan to wear glasses inside your fursuit head, please let us know when applying so we can account for them during construction.

Absolutely. Individual parts can be commissioned separately when part commissions are available, with pricing depending on the item and complexity.

You can also commission a partial first and return later to upgrade it into a fullsuit.

However, faux-fur dye lots can vary between batches, so we cannot guarantee a perfect colour match if the additional pieces are made much later.

If you already think you may want a fullsuit eventually, let us know when commissioning your partial.

We don’t currently sell our head bases as a standard product.

Occasionally, we may offer misprints, prototypes or excess bases that we no longer need.

Any available bases will be announced separately rather than being continuously stocked.

We may accept some small NSFW-related props, including SPH, but we do not specifically construct fursuits for adult use.

What you do with your finished fursuit after purchase is ultimately your responsibility, but damage resulting from this type of use is not covered by our warranty.

No. We will always declare the accurate value of your purchase on customs documentation.

As a registered business, we’re required to provide accurate invoices and customs declarations.

We cannot mark an order as a gift or deliberately undervalue it to reduce import charges.
